Policies

At Twisted Fingerz, we value the time of both our staff and our clients. Below you will find our policies for booking, tardiness, cancellation, and more to ensure that all appointments run smoothly. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Booking

  • A 30% deposit will be due at the time of booking for all appointments which goes toward balance.

  • All deposit are non- refundable and non-transferrable to others

  • Shampoo is included with all services

  • Hair is included with all services 

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Credit Card and cash are all acceptable forms of payment ( All card payments carry additional fee

  • 1 cancellation or reschedule is allowed before booking fee is forfeited 

  • Cancellation or reschedule request must be advised at least 24hrs before appointment 

Tardiness

  • A 10 min grace period is given without penalty. After 15 mins a $15 fee will be added to your service.

  • No call, No show is automatic cancellation and your name will be flagged. You will be required to pay full balance at booking of next appointment.

  • After first offense you will no longer be able to book with Twisted Fingers

Need to Know

  • Please be aware that pictures and videos may be taken during or after your style is complete for business and promotion purposes only.

  • One parent is permitted to stay with children during appointment time

  • NO EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED IF NOT BEING SERVICED

TERMS & CONDITONS

By proceeding with your checkout and payment process for the salon services at Twisted Fingerz, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

  • Service Acknowledgment: You understand that the services you are purchasing from Twisted Fingers are provided by skilled professionals, and results may vary based on individual factors such as hair type, conditions, and styling preferences.

  • No Dispute on Services Rendered: Once the services have been completed and you have left the salon premises, you agree that you will not dispute or contest the quality, outcome, or nature of the services provided. You acknowledge that personal preferences and interpretations of the final result may differ and any dissatisfaction should be communicated during the service or immediately after completion to allow for corrective measures.

  • Communication of Concern: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of services. received, you agree to promptly communicate your concerns to the salon manager or the stylist before leaving the premises. The salon will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify any genuine issues brought to their attention.

  • Refund and Correction Policy: In the event that your experience a genuine issue with the services provided, the salon may offer to correct the issue within a reasonable timeframe or provide a partial refund, at sole discretion of the management.

  • Exclusions: These terms and conditions apply solely to the quality and outcome of the services rendered by the hair salon. Any disputes related to payment, billing, discrepancies, or any matter outside the scope of service quality are not covered by this agreement and should be addressed separately.

  • Limitation of Liability: The hair salon shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the salon's services, excluding cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

  • Modification of Services: The salon, Twisted Fingerz LLC Salon, reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue and service offerings, products, or pricing without prior notice.

  • Legal Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by laws of [Jurisdiction] without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By proceeding with the checkout and payment process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with the payment process.​
